After recent world events, the client, formerly known as Cell Guide, felt the need to take their services from only in-store to the clients’ doorsteps.
This would require a full rebrand, with a unique combination of our services to make it possible.

Problem - Goals and Constraints
To fulfill our client’s need, our team deemed developing a simple, easy-to-book-from website necessary, alongside producing an informative visual representation that is easy to circulate and can introduce the audience to our client’s services.
Process - Scoping, Discovery, and Activities
To start, our team directed and produced a “no-dialogue” video to focus on details of the doorstep repair process.
Considering that the brand was still in the ideation stage, we began discussing the art direction of the logo with the client.
After brainstorming and drafting logo samples, we decided on creating a logo that combines an iPhone with the idea of a roaming vehicle. We created five possible options, which the client ultimately selected from.
After thoughtful discussions and proper UI/UX research, we opt to create a website which would convince clients that the repair process is easy, fast, and convenient.
Solution – Rationale and Validation
To carry out our client’s request, we chose establishing a decent logo that would evoke a distinct brand identity.
Moreover, we designed a solid website whose visuals reflect the company’s attitude. Therefore, we selected friendly fonts that are said to yield an amicable atmosphere. We also planned on incorporating all necessary company information to secure faster contact.
Following the website release, we preferred launching Google Ads campaign instead of a social media campaign, as our research said that users resort more to Google when in need of repair services.
Outcome – Results
Branding
Our work process revolved around establishing a creative logo that portrays an iPhone figure and a moving van at the same time.
Video Production
Our team shot and edited a short explanatory video. Mobile iPhone Repair phone number appeared in a strap all-video-long, and exciting music was selectively added.
Web Design
Our choice of colors fell to an elegant contrast between blue, grey, and white.
Our design team also decided to go for easy-to-follow navigations for smooth services access, not to forget establishing customized icons and descriptive graphics.
We worked on developing an automatic booking calendar so that customers can arrange for repair appointments with few clicks only.
Contact information and a clear search bar were included as well.
Google Ads
Our team initiated a Google Ads campaign as a final step.
Two Google Ads were written in catchy and straightforward language, and feature words were selected to monitor users’ interaction, which eventually helped us gather information to evaluate campaign results after launching the website.
We, therefore, utilized data received to check the campaign success rate and examine marketing results.
In conclusion, establishing a well-structured website, along with our team’s marketing efforts, helped in promoting Mobile iPhone Repair’s services and enhancing reachability. Collected Google data showed that our campaign succeeded in increasing conversions and site visits.
